These approaches range from books and pamphlets, to stop smoking clinics, various over-the-counter treatment methods, to &nbsp;population wide campaigns such as the Great American Smoke-Out, and to the more recent time period with the development of drug therapies, e-cigarettes, and tailored behavioral treatments making use of the internet and emerging mobile technologies.
