Towards Health Through Justice highlights tobacco trials in the U.S. over the past century and how they directly influenced tobacco policy regulations as we know them today. The exhibit serves as a permanent companion to the website, TobaccoOnTrial.org, which documents the history of litigation against tobacco companies since the 1950s and features important cases, timelines, samples of tobacco media, and links to historical documents.
